Abstract

This talk will outline a practical verification methodology used to verify complex mixed signal designs. The remaining unsolved challenges will be outlined and some possible solutions for further work will be outlined.

Speaker Biography

Chris Brown

Dr Chris Brown graduated from the University of Sheffield in 1996 with a BEng in Electronics and Computing and a PhD in VLSI architectures for computer vision applications. He joined Texas Instruments in Northampton in 1996. At TI Chris has led the verification strategy and implementation on many successful devices in applications such as DSP, networking and high speed IOs. Chris was made a Member of Group Technical Staff for his contribution to verification methodology across the company in 2003. Chris is currently the team leader for the verification and modelling activities in the UK.
